The king of all saiyans had a second heir, but he was too weak to even consider him royal, so he decided to sent him to a distant planet.

His heir, prince Vegeta, thinks otherwise, as he wants his little brother, but his strength its not enough to defeat the king, and they send the baby away. 

Decades later, on Earth, Vegeta finds that, at the end, he may have lost his blood sibling, but he still has an idiot of an adoptive brother, or maybe more than one.
